Chaz's 4th Birthday

Chaz, oh Chaz, where do I start? You have definitely been my challenge on some days. You are for sure all boy and give mommy a run for my money. I can't believe your already four. I feel like I should be having another baby by now. But since I'm not, you will always be my baby. I know you enjoyed your party at the city pool; you talked about it for weeks before hand. Just this past week, your behaviour has tremendously improved....maybe you just needed to turn four. Your poor daycare teachers will be glad you turned four too! Everyone says you look like your pappaw Phil. And most of us agree you act like him too.....mostly temper! You are so smart, always trying to outsmart me and telling me lies to get your way. You know how to manipulate. Maybe your just a genius! I can show you how to do something one time and you've got it. Yep, a genius would be good. I want to always remember how you are right now. But I know your going to grow up so I guess I can just take pictures and hope the memories will stick with them. Four years ago, when my epidural didn't work and it hurt SO bad when you came out, maybe it was a sign.......always to test me in every way. But I wouldn't have it any other way for the most part, Chaz. You are so sweet and caring for me; a trait most kids your age don't have yet. I look forward to watching you grow up and all the years to come. Thank you for being in my life and all the ways you are. I love you and Happy 4th Birthday! Mommy
