This past October, Timmy, myself, my mom and the kids went to Disney World for the week. Thank goodness my mom went cause it was alot of work. Past the work, it was one of best vacations ever. Everyday was packed with fun things to do. I took so many pictures, I could only narrow it down to these. The kids were at the perfect ages to go to Disney and experience the whole character greetings. These pictures do not do justice for the memories we made. But here's a few.
Of course, we watched tons of great shows and seen Shamu. The shows were great!
This ride here about did Chaz in for riding. He did not like it and didn't get on another ride while we were there.
A lot of the rides were 3D. I guess Disney was doing some advertising for their 3D movies too. But these rides were so real with the glasses on!
Allie and Chaz wanted to meet Woody and Buzz Lightyear. When we finally got up there, Chaz wouldn't greet them. He just peeked around the corner and watched Allie.
This is at a restaurant where the kids got to meet all of Playhouse Disney characters. They just walked around the table while we were eating. Chaz did like these characters. The kids had an autograph book that was a big deal for all the characters to sign.
This is at Holleywood Studios. I loved how the streets looked. This was probably my favorite park.
Supporting our Kentucky Wildcats!
We were watching a street party parade and Chaz was so into this. I was trying to video the parade but had to stop and take a picture of Chaz waving at the characters.
Allie got to get all fixed up in the Castle. They fixed her hair and did her nails and makeup. They talked to her like a princess the whole time. She was beautiful and loved this. Afterwards, we went and eat lunch in the castle with the princesses. All the princesses walked around the table while we ate. Allie got pictures and autographs from all of them. An experience she will never forget.
Mammaw and her babies!
At night, there is a light show at the castle that is unbelievable. It lasted about 30 minutes while the castle changed different colors. The kids really enjoyed this. It had been a long day since we got to the park when it opened.
Chaz fell asleep while watching. He couldn't hold his eyes open any longer.
One day we went to a waterpark called Blizzard Beach. Everywhere looked as if it were snow covered. Had some really neat rides. The kids loved walking across the water.
And this is the body slide Easton and mom went down. They both had to dig out their swimsuits from their cracks!!! Allie wanted to do it but wasn't tall enough.
Waiting at the airport with all our luggage.
