Our 4th of July Weekend

We had a great weekend for the 4th. These pictures are us watching fireworks at Stephensburg Saturday night. Avery had come with us and her, Allie and Easton loved them. Chaz, not so much. I actually ended up getting in the truck with him to finish watching them. Maybe by next year, he'll be ready for them.

Saturday morning was the White Mills Day parade. This year, my mom painted some barrels that were given to them for the kids to ride in. Brody was in the front, Avery and Allie next, then Chaz and Oakley and last was Levi and Emma. They had a good time waving at everyone. My mom rode the tractor behind them.

And I couldn't leave out these of Chaz. He's really become my cheeser for pictures lately. I love catching these moments too. Funny story about him: Yesterday I had put him in timeout in his room for a few minutes. When I came back down the hallway, I seen he had slid all his train tracks under the door into the hallway. There must have been 20 tracks laying in the hallway. He definitely keeps me on my toes!

  1. I just want to say that we are so blessed to have your family in our lives! I am so thankful that we have such good friends that will take our daughter for an entire day and care for her like she is your own! Avery had so much fun with you guys the other day! Thank you so much! I love the pic of the girls sitting in Pam's lap!! I think my kids think Pam is their "Namaw" too!! :) Oh and of course, thanks to your mom and dad for asking Avery and Oaks to be in the parade. They LOVE it!!!

  2. I can't believe how grown up the girls look sitting in Pam's lap! Their legs are almost touching the ground. :)
